What are XL Bins?
Usually, most of the users would require JSON to be stored up to 1MB. This could be easily achieved using Bins API where you could create JSON records up to 1 MB. There may be a few other uses cases where users wish to store up to 10 MB of JSON and this is where XL Bins API comes to the rescue.

Using XL Bins API, you could store up to 10 MB of JSON on JSONBin.io. Note that the XL Bins API is an early-access feature. This means, it is actively developed and could go through major breaking changes, hence it is not recommended to be used on Production as of now. -
How are XL Bins different from Bins?
You could store up to 1 MB of JSON using Bins API whereas you could store up to 10 MB of JSON using XL Bins API.

What APIs are available for XL Bins?
As XL Bins is an early-access feature, this means it is developed actively and will undergo major changes. As of now, you could Create, Read & Delete XL Bins. In the future, we may introduce other APIs as Bins API like JSON Paths, Update, Versioning, Schema Validations, Adding to Collections etc.

Can Free users try creating XL Bins?
As of now, only Paid Users who have enabled Early Access Feature could try to avail XL Bins features.

What is an Early Access Feature?
Early Access Features are those features which are actively under development and changes rapidly. These updates may consits breaking changes and hence, these features are not recommended for Production Use. You could enable Early Access Feature from your Accounts Page.
